Sound & Vibrational Healing
A relaxing sound experience using singing bowls, crystal bowls, Gong, drum and vocal toning. Allow the sound and vibrations to help you slow down, become present, and enjoy a peaceful moment for yourself. Approx. 60 minutes. 120
Sound & Energy Healing
A more personalized session combining sound and vibration with energy work. Depending on your intention and session may include chakra dowsing, emotional clearing, and chakra balancing.

Four Elements Healing Journey
A gentle experience inspired by Earth, Water, Fire and Air, bringing together grounding flow, transformation, and clarity. Sound and energy work are intuitively incorporated to support your personal intention.

Preparing for your Session
To help you feel comfortable and relaxed during your session. please wear loose, comfortable clothing, preferably without zippers, button, or metal accessories.
A light meal 1-2 hours before your session is recommended. Give yourself a little time before and after your appointment so you can arrive without feeling rushed and leave feeling settled.
blanket, bolsters and pillows are available for your comfort.
Simply come as you are and allow this time to be for you.
